The author will present his observation of Power Quality business operations in today’s global environment. Why the power quality business is where it is? Is power quality a different concern in developed country versus developing countries? What works and does not work in the electric utility environment.

The course will outline from the author’s experience of establishing a successful business operation in a profit hungry international organization. This presentation will outline step-by-step procedure in creating the business plan with the owners’ agreement. A practical management agreed upon business model will be shared with the Course participant. A flow chart will show how the incoming projects are analyzed for a profitable and successful operation. The attendees will obtain the author’s experience in “lesson learnt” from the business environment.
