Their cause is often very difficult to diagnose. Is the cause the utility or is it a failing component within the electrical infrastructure. This presentation details the various causes of voltage sags and then describes techniques as well as a new tool that allows users to isolate the location and extent to which an electrical component is causing voltage sags.
